Cancellation Policy
For the courtesy of our staff and clients, please give 24-hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. A $50 fee will charged for canceling without proper notice. No-shows are charged the full amount
of the service, or in the case of a package, a session will be forfeited.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for a dollar amount, a la carte services, and/or products. Instant gift certificates are also available at www.renudc.com.

Return Policy
We will be happily exchange products within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on packages, but we will happily transfer credit to any other Med Spa service.

Gratuities
Please note that gratuities are not included in our prices. RENU is unable to accept gratuities on credit cards.
