The patients first rhinoplasty involved hump reduction and as the preoperative photos demonstrate, poor stabilization of the upper lateral cartilages, lack of spreader graft placement, and over resection of the lateral crura has resulted in extreme internal and external nasal valve insufficiency. Grafts were harvested from residual septal cartilage, but, the majority of the grafts were of auricular cartilage.
