22 yo male with prior nasal trauma. Patient has a very wide nasal dorsum, extremely thick skin, and weak alar cartilages. Bilateral medial and lateral osteotomies, transdomal and interdomal suturing, columella strut, tip grafts, and alar flare reduction were performed to decrease the size of the nose and improve difinition.
