Relative to other liposuction procedures, how much fat is removed in facial laser liposuction, and will the face still have a natural look?
Facial liposuction should be performed very conservatively and with caution. I tend to remove only a small amount of fat from the jaw line, neck, and occasionally the cheeks when performing facial liposuction. Aside from the neck, the remainder of the face really requires a good amount of fat in order to maintain the youthful appearance of the face. As we get older, we loose facial fat and this contributes to the appearance of aging. I am very hesitant to aggressively remove facial fat with the use of facial liposuction.
