My nose dominates my face. It seems to be both too wide and too long as it seems to hang over my mouth. Can I get an entire new nose with rhinoplasty?

Rhinoplasty can really help with the appearance of your nose. During my consultation with patients for rhinoplasty we focus on what nose will look best on your face. If the new nose that you have in mind can be created and it looks appropriate for your particular facial features, then by all means, we can and should give you the nose that you desire. There are limitations to the amount that a prominent and wide nose can be reduced and I will be certain to give you realistic expectations for your rhinoplasty procedure.
