Patient underwent revision Rhinoplasty surgery. Auricular cartilage and septal cartilage remnants were used to build the bridge, open the nasal valve, and resculpt the nasal tip and nostrils with alar rim grafts, columellar strut, dorsal onlay grafts, and bilateral spreader grafts.
