Revision Rhinoplasty to lower the dorsal hump and tip on profile while improving the nasal contour and tip definition on frontal views. Surgery performed with bilateral spreader grafts harvested from nasal septum, crushed septal cartilage grafts to smooth nasal contour and lateral crural repositioning to decrease the rotation of the nasal tip.
