After my laser peel, I was told to be diligent in my sunscreen use when I go outside. Im definitely ready to do that. The problem is, I dont know how powerful the sunscreen needs to be! Whats the best SPF to wear after a laser peel?

Sunscreen following laser skin resurfacing is essential to prevent the occurrence of hypo or hyperpigmentation of the skin. The best sunscreens are the ones that contain physical barriers to the sun such as titanium or zinc oxide. These should be applied daily and more often during activity or prolonged sun exposure. SPF of 30 or more is likely sufficient.
