I like the idea of using my own fat from one part of my body to fill out another part. Can I choose where I have the fat removed? I have very large breasts and would like fat transferred from my breasts to my face.
Answer:
Although it would seem like a good idea to liposuction the fat from your breasts and inject that fat into your face because of the relative abundance of fat in your breasts, I don’t think that you would be happy with the result. Fat is better harvested from your abdomen, thighs, and hips for injection into your face. I have nop experience with breast liposuction for facial fat injection, but, I think your breast would unlikely turn out well from such a procedure.
