Help! I’m a 43-year-old woman and I just got a brow lift three days ago. I can see a major difference in the placement of my eyebrows. They are very uneven! Can uneven eyebrows from a brow lift correct themselves as the swelling goes down?

Three days post brow lift is somewhat of a short period to critically assess the position of the brows. Swelling of the muscle and skin can definitely lead to the appearance of unevenness in the immediate post brow lift period. I would suggest waiting another 10 days to revisit the height of your brows. If at that time there is noticeable asymmetry in the height of the brows, then an early intervention to reposition the brows would likely be very successful.
