If you are satisfied with the results of your facelift then I would suggest taking meticulous care of your skin going forward. Routine use of moisturizers and sunscreens is a must. Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol intake, and have facial performed to maintain your appearance. Unfortunately, you will still age no matter what you do, but in ten years, you will look significantly more refreshed following your facelift than you would have looked without the facelift, so enjoy.
