Fillers are remarkably effective in improving the appearance of the nose in non surgical Rhinoplasty if the fillers are being placed by the right surgeon with the proper indications. Recently, I have seen a great deal of advertising for non surgical Rhinoplasty by individuals who have never performed nasal surgery and have never been trained in the proper esthetics of a nose. I have removed fillers from patients who have had non surgical Rhinoplasty for nasal deformities that are clearly not going to improve with the placement of filler alone. I believe that the degree of effectiveness of the non surgical Rhinoplasty depends upon the skill of the individual performing the procedure and the reason for having the filler placed in the nose to begin with.
