How will blepharoplasty fill out these hollow areas?

Question: Rather than the normal “puffy” eyelid problem, mine are quite sunken.  How will blepharoplasty fill out these hollow areas around my eyes?

Answer: There has been a great shift in how surgeons handle the fat during blepharoplasty.  If there is a hollowness to the eyes, then filling the areas which appear to be most hollow with your fat may be more prudent then performing actual eyelid surgery.  If there is some fat pouches in conjunction with lower eyelid hollowing, then fat repositioning rather than fat removal will really improve the hollow appearance of your eyes.
