Your question with regards to fat transfer and weight loss is an excellent one. In my experience, when and individual has dramatic weight loss following fat transfer, the patient tends to lose the weight from areas other than the transplanted fat, first. If the weight loss should continue, then any fat in the body, either transplanted fat or not is susceptible to shrinkage.
