Why is blepharoplasty so often paired with a forehead lift

Question:
Why is blepharoplasty so often paired with a forehead lift?

Answer:
The reason that a blepharoplasty is often times paired with a forehead lift is because although there may be excess skin of the upper lid that needs to be excised in order to rejuvenate the eyes, it is also fairly common to have a drooping brow which leads to excess skin and poor eye brow position. If the eye brow is not elevated to a more youthful position, the surgery on the upper eyelid will be less than ideal.
