Will eyelid surgery fix any of the fine wrinkling around my eyes?
Answer:
Eyelid surgery can improve the fine wrinkling around your eyes, but this is an area that is better treated with Botox or Dysport, and likely a chemical peel or laser resurfacing depending upon the severity of the wrinkles. I would not have blepharoplasty in order to treat these fine wrinkles, but, you will likely see some improvement none the less.
