Female patient of Middle Eastern decent complains of wide nose, poorly defined nasal tip, and large nasal dorsal hump. Rhinoplasty performed with the use of columella strut graft, lateral crural flaps, cephalic strips, intercartilagenous and transcartilagenous suturing for tip definition, conservative defatting of nasal tip, and osteotomies to narrow the nasal dorsum.
