Please understand that when we schedule your appointment, we are reserving time for your particular needs. We kindly ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us a 24 hours notice. A fee of $200 for cosmetic appointments will be assessed for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice). No Shows are charged the full amount of the service for Spa appointments, or in the case of a package, one session will be forfeited.
