Answer:
It is hard for me to make a comment on how to fix your nose without actually seeing a few photographic views of your nose. I would not want to assume what your nose looks like even though you are of middle eastern decent as even ethnic noses have variation. Please include photographs of your nose and I will be happy to have a look and give you an opinion on what rhinoplasty surgery can do for you.
