I had a facelift a couple years ago.

Question:
I had a facelift a couple years ago which left my earlobe looking distorted. It’s sort of pulled forward. Why did this happen and can it be fixed?

Answer:
It sounds like your facelift surgery left you with a "Pixie" ear.  The pixie ear deformity results from too much tension being placed on the skin incision around the ear when closing your skin at the end of the facelift.  I would suggest seeing your surgeon as there are remedies for the pixie ear deformity in most cases.
