Answer:
I consider a lower face lift to be a true full face lift. If you present to my office with excessive jowling, and significant neck laxity I would suggest a lower face lift to address these issues. There is a great deal of confusing nomenclature that has been introduced into the description of the face lift procedures that we perform, so in this situation, a lower face lift is really a jowl and neck lift.
