Neck lift surgery is designed to help with excess and loose skin, muscle, and excess fat of the neck. Wrinkles of the neck are more often due to changes in the quality of the skin of the neck. Although a neck lift will certainly rejuvenate your neck and address a good amount of laxity and wrinkles of the neck skin, a neck lift will not correct the fine lines and deeper wrinkles of the skin of the neck. Adjunctive procedures to the neck, such as, Fraxel laser will help improve the quality of skin of the neck.
