How much improvement can you expect in the cheek area from a facelift?
Answer:
The improvement that one sees in the cheek area following a facelift will depend upon what other procedures your surgeon has discussed with you prior to the facelift. Facelift surgery is exceptional at rejuvenation of the jowls and neck. I have found that the cheek area needs to be addressed separately in order to improve this area of your face even with a facelift. I prefer to either inject fat into the cheeks to plump and fill the cheeks, perform a mid facelift to elevate the cheeks, or a combination of the two procedures.
