I’ve heard of digital imaging being used for nose jobs, but is that something that can be done for facelifts too so that you can get an idea of what might be possible through facelift surgery? If it is, how involved is the actual digital imaging process? Is it a few clicks here and a few clicks there and you have your image, or is it more involved then that?

Digital imaging is a technology that I use frequently in my office during various cosmetic surgical consultations. The most popular and effective use of digital imaging is during a Rhinoplasty consult. The reason being is that digital imaging software is so good at changing even subtle features of the nose. I also use digital imaging software on facelift consult in order to demonstrate the new location of the jowls and cheeks. My particular software only requires me to take a few digital photos of you during your consultation and then to download them into the software in order to morph your image. The photo acquisition process takes just a few minutes.
