Last year, I had the surgery done but was dismayed to find that my nose came out looking very pinched and thin instead of smooth and full. I need to get it fixed, but I don’t think I have the money. I am sorry to hear about your rhinoplasty result. A thin and pinched nose gives the appearance of a very operated on nose. Unfortunately, fixing these rhinoplasty results can be very challenging as the surgery will likely require either septal or auricular cartilage grafts in order to rebuild your bridge, tip, and nostrils. The cost of revision rhinoplasty will be more than a primary rhinoplasty unless your original rhinoplasty surgeon is going to perform the surgery. I would say that costs for revision rhinoplasty will start around $6,500 but can be more than $13,000 including anesthesia and facility fee.
