Post cheek implant, how long will it be until I can return to work?
Answer:
You will likely require about a week off from work following cheek implants. The implants are placed in a tight pocket of the midface. I use an intra oral incision to place the implants and I counsel my patients that they can expect swelling of the face that can last up to 2 weeks but is generally acceptable after one.
