At 52 years old, I am a very physically fit male and take pride in my appearance. I am starting to get the telltale signs of jowls and a little double chin. No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of them. Would laser liposuction be an appropriate procedure for me or do I need to have a facelift along with it?
Your question is a good one and one that would need to be evaluated more closely with a consultation. In my experience, laser liposuction of the face can certainly improve the appearance of your jowls and chin in a fairly non invasive manner with a relatively quick recovery period. The results of a facelift will always be better than what can be achieved with the use of liposuction lasers on the face alone, but, in your particular situation, you may be better served having the more conservative laser liposuction procedure and if that does not improve your appearance sufficiently, you can always have a facelift procedure performed.
