Question:
I got a rhinoplasty a year and a half ago. Since then, I have developed a “polly beak” that looks really ugly. I really don’t want to drop another $5000 on a surgery, but I don’t want my nose to look horrible either. Can non-surgical rhinoplasty techniques be used to successfully treat a polly beak?
Answer:
In the right patient a polly beak deformity from a nose job can be corrected non surgically, but, I am afraid the results will not be nearly as good or permanent as a well performed rhinoplasty. I might suggest discussing your dissatisfaction with your surgeon and I am sure the price they charge will be significantly less and perhaps free to repair the work from your prior rhinoplasty.
