Question:
I have the opposite problem of a lot of people: I like my nose on profile but not from the front. From the front, my nose just looks much too wide, more around the tip than the bridge. Can this be fixed with a nose job?
Answer:
Rhinoplasty involving only changes to the nasal tip is often times referred to as a tip rhinoplasty. Changes to the nasal tip alone can be performed during rhinoplasty. I would only caution you that changes to the nasal tip such as, increased definitions or projection, may require subtle changes to the nasal bridge in order to balance the nose from the tip rhinoplasty. Computer imaging should really help with these issues pre operatively.
