The tip of my nose looks like its lifted unnaturally high.

Question:
Since my rhinoplasty a week ago, the tip of my nose looks like its lifted unnaturally high, too upturned I suppose. Will this change in time or should I be considering revision?

Answer:
Following rhinoplasty your nose will often look a bit upturned.  I actually tell my patients that immediately following rhinoplasty your tip can look little upturned.  In my rhinoplasty post operative instructions I also tell patients that their nose will assume a normal position in just a few weeks.
